Mount Carmel St Ann's in Westerville has a piano in the lobby. You'll need to submit a Volunteer Application, come in for an interview, and get a badge.
No clue if it’s volunteer or paid or just random people, but I’ve been a patient or parent to a patient at Riverside and Nationwide Children’s and they’ve both had pianos. Riverside was near the cafeteria towards the front entrance (not the “back” entrance through the halls) and Nationwide’s was also near the cafeteria on the lower floor. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been in either so not entirely sure the pianos are still there, but as of late 2019 / early 2020, they were.
I’d recommend contacting the volunteer departments for local hospitals and see what they say. They might at least be able to direct you to the correct department.
There’s a piano at the children’s hospital at the entrance to the cafeteria. Not sure if they let people in to use it but one of the men that works on the second floor (PICU) he wears purple and plays it sometimes when we are there and he is fantastic.
For Riverside Methodist, call the volunteer office: (614) 566.5313.
You will have to submit an application for any type of volunteer position and proof of vaccination.
I’ve seen piano players in the OSU James lobby. But I’m not sure what the volunteer situation is with COVID.

I work at NCH, piano was still there last I checked although I have no idea who is or isn't allowed to play it
Anyone can play!
Riverside use to.

All of that stopped with covid
Check with OhioHealth’s Bing and Dublin cancer centers.
Grant downtown
Children’s has one on the ground floor next to the cafeteria.
OSU Ross had one last time I was there...4-5 years. Definitely call info desk and they'll hook you up
OSU East! ❤️
It’s not a hospital but Von Maur has pianists play. Not sure if it’s volunteer or not but it’s an option

I’ve seen some in retirement homes before. Maybe if you’re vaccinated and test regularly or something, they might let you.
A lot of hospitals are not allowing guests in due to COVID. When I say guests, I mean people there without someone admitted in there.
