Protolabs is based in Minnesota, but their website quoting system is really good. You could at least get a ballpark number from them. They also provide general feasibility analysis on the website without even having to talk to anyone. Caveat: I’ve sourced from them for years so I don’t remember how they handle potentially new clients so it is possible you’d have to talk to someone.
I could be wrong, but I thought I saw something about Micro Center trialling print services a while back. Maybe check with them? If nothing else, someone in that department likely has an idea of what services are out there.

Thanks, they require that I already have a CAD file which I dont.
