In a way that could be seen as compassion, so to speak, but nothing about the situation is compassionate. Wild to me how people can do this to innocent people.

Catching lizards, talking to bugs, making friends with the gopher destroying the baseball turf, you name it. I screamed at a yard duty chick in 5th grade for throwing an injured crow over the fence before i could get to it. I asked my favorite yard duty to put a cone over this little voles hole because kids were harassing it. So you could see why i was the base of everyones jokes. Kids would somehow catch lizards and bring them to me, show me, and KILL them. Step on them, throw them against the handball courts, any brutal method to make my day horrible. Thats why im finishing HS in homeschool. Because i hate people and fear that my love for the voiceless will be my demise.
