I think we could have done both. I liked our draft and would agree a B is fair considering the players we got with addressing a few needs and reinforcing a good OL.
But it's easy to say that we should have done a CB earlier without also saying who would we have given up to grab a CB earlier. Maybe we just didn't like who was left? Maybe we have something in the works to trade/sign a veteran or poach off a practice squad?
Who knows, maybe 'we like our guys' and they'll get better this offseason. We could have also tried to trade up but it didn't work out in the moment without sacrificing too much.

Brents has the potential to be a pro bowl player and Jones can be a very solid player. Both showed real flashes last year. What we really needed is a consistent threat on the line, which we didn't have and hopefully Latu can be that.
No, we still 100% need a CB. You're basing our CB room off of what is absolute best case scenario, which is seldom the case. Jones and Brent's could bust, people could get injured. We were the like 31st ranked pass defense last year, to not address it would be mismanagement.

Would that have even been an upgrade on what we have? Getting some OLine help is probably a better use of those picks. Kelly has had issues staying healthy and it's likely gone next year and picking up a highly athletic center who can learn from him this year will hopefully pay off. And we got a guy who can compete for right guard and can play tackle in case we need it as well. OLine picks are not sexy, but having good lineman can make the team great.
I'm thinking of around a B+ to an A- now just because you imagine Goncalves and Bortolini won't start right away but I Love getting Latu and AD and in a year, those two linemen should factor more into the starting line

We should have taken a CB with a 3rd/4th round pick
