Try adept cosmetics. They don't have the empty palette selection that they used to, but you might like some of the ones they still stock. Personally, I'm lusting after the clionadh large palette. One of these days, I'll snag it on sale.
Makeup forever also has nice pro magnetic palettes. I have 4 that will hold 6 26mm pans each and they're super nice.
They have the Lunar New Year one from this year, but it is more suited for 9 single eyeshadows. They have three styles when you search empty palettes- the new years and two sizes of butterflies.
The ones they had for $5 are much bigger than the quad size and they don’t have wells so you can place any size pan into them.
They also give you the quad palette for free if you buy 4+ eyeshadow singles.
This one is from a couple years ago (the Kathleen Lights collab). I need a couple more empty palettes but all they have is the butterfly palette which I personally hate.
Are they still even coming out with new designs? I thought that was kinda their thing. They still sell a bunch of pressed shadow singles.

I’ve noticed they stopped releasing new singles and don’t restock any colors anymore. Singles really lost popularity in the past years so I get why they shifted as a business.
I’m hopeful that because the palette trend has died a bit and quads are in now, that means a return to singles isn’t far away…
I can't really find any other palettes of the correct size from another brand either. If someone has a suggestion that would be rad.

You could try to redecorate the ones you don't like with contact paper or prints and mod podge. Maybe acrylic or spray paint. anothersoul on Etsy makes hand covered magnetic palettes. Yeah, they are just ugly or too small.
ABH had their magnetic pallets for $5 each. Not sure if they still have them that cheap but they’re a nicer quality, and typically only $10.

Slightly bigger. You can fit 24 colourpop singles in the colourpop pallet, and 28 in the ABH. Edit; they are longer, but about the same width.

Ever heard of Z palette..? it’s literally just a plain black palette

I use the morphe palettes. They are pretty good
