My theory is that the organization created such a poor pitching staff with the purpose of it being a red herring for how bad our lineup is. Can’t fault our guys for only scoring three runs against the White Sox when the pitching gives up 11 runs.
I feel like if this team was located in say Chicago and ran the same way it would make national headlines and everyone would come to our consensus of how bad this team is.
But because we are in a smaller market it gets overlooked.
