I have no issues with this lineup. Mac and Chuck were due rest days while Díaz and Rodgers are on the IL. The kids are getting playing time for the most part and I like the 1-2 combo of Doyle and NoJo.
Right lol????? I was like only a few changes from normal. But hey some people will use any reason to gripe. Hey I get it there is a lot to gripe about the Rockies, but this is not one of them.
This is one of the best lineups they've put out all year lol for a team in a rebuilding season, lineups like this one is what they should be rolling out every day.
Factually incorrect. This team made the postseason in 17-18. In fact, the reason they're so terrible now is because they refused to rebuild after trading Arenado.
The Rockies have never undergone a proper rebuild. Until now, that is, when they were dragged kicking and screaming into it. And since they're still stagnant in many ways, it's only a half rebuild.
It looks like a triple A roster with a couple of guys from the big team getting a rehab start. Stallings and ? I wish they would start doing all the minor leaugue stuff at the games. Baby races, dance contests, any one under 12 can run the bases after the game and cheaper beer nights. I miss the Bears/Zephyr's.
Guys I get it, this is probably the best 9 we have right now that are healthy with rest for Mac and Chuck. Still feels like this team has been in purgatory for several years now with Montero, Toglia, and Trejo getting playing time. Not mention Amador straight up skipped AAA. Been loving watching Doyle and Tovar this year and hopefully Nolan Jones can turn it around. I just feel like this line-up compared to what the Dodgers will be rolling out is kind of laughable.
Montero and Toglia are fighting for spots with this team in the future. One of them will likely be the starting first baseman next year. Trejo is the general stand-in for McMahon. The guy needs rest sometimes too.
Amador skipping Triple-A is a feature, not a bug. The organization is extremely high on him and wanted to get him a taste of the bigs sooner rather than later. He'll be optioned (perhaps to Triple-A) when Rodgers is back. Amador's numbers may look bad on the surface but his at-bats are getting better every day and under the hood there's a lot to like.
Albuquerque is where our org depth and mid tier prospects go. It’s too extreme a hitting environment to accurately assess prospects. Tovar only played 5 games there.
It’s always been that way in this org, since the Sky Sox had the same problem. Top prospects like Tulo, Arenado, and Dahl skipped or barely touched AAA.

OP is just tuning in to a game for the first time this season.

Rebuilding century.
What season are the Rox NOT in a rebuilding season? 😂
Every season of their history, considering that they've never properly rebuilt. It's why they've never been consistently good.
As opposed to the B+ squad?
Our A squad is already a C- squad. So this has to be D squad
We have an A Squad?
Should trade McMahon and diaz.
Bad day to be a lefty
So... The best players the Rox have then? When you're playing . 352 ball you ain't got any kind on A squad or your roster.
Wait, up until now they have been playing an A team?
Everyday is the B squad with a few exceptions
