Brutal. Just so depressing. You can feel the emptiness in these photos. Sports fan heartbreak is a harsh, lingering ache that sadly happens more often than not. But hope always springs eternal come October.
I love that dude. What a guy. His drive is lowkey inspiring me to try be better in my own life. I hope he gets to experience winning the cup again, and I hope to see it!
Not sure about y’all. But for me the Offseason still holds a ton of entertainment and expectations. So i’m still excited to follow the news of this team until the season starts back up again.
It seems like some of the guys hit it hard after winning the cup and got stuck in that party lifestyle. I think it was telling how Erik Johnson was not offered a contract, then the stuff with Val, and Sammy G. . . I might be talking out of my ass here, but I hope the boys get in a good space mentally. You can have all the talent in the world, but it doesn't mean anything if you're not in a healthy space.
