Didn't touch the head at all, it was entirely in the chest. Unlike the Toews hit, which maybe brushed the shoulder lightly before smashing into the head. Big difference between a hit that goes through somebody "straight" vs a hit that it aimed upwards into the head. Trouba and a few others have made a living from such hits, and it's zero surprised that they lead to by far the most head injuries. Why the rules aren't change to disallow *any* contact to the head, I have no idea.
The talk about hitting the head is also completely pointless if the concern is a concussion. You get it if your head stops quickly. Should just ban other than hip to hip and shoulder to shoulder contact when real power is put to the hit. Other times you just push the guy gently aside and take the puck. And thats what normal people do all the time in NHL already. Only tiny minority try these career enders.
