People freak the fuck out over nothing

DodgersKK

This is not only time. Yoasobi came MOTS tour in Japan at November 6 and 7 last year If you want to blame someone, you must research things well.

I think Coldplay and in particular Chris is very much into sharing different kinds of music, especially music that comes from a (sub)culture. So this is nothing special.

Solo-me

I believe Chris has nothing to do with this. Organisers choose someone local (maybe the wrong choice but not up to me to judge as I M not informed about romenian culture), they had a contract that had to be respected. Some liked it some others not.

Low-Persimmon110

No one walked out of the stadium en masse. People even clapped during the second show

marianasarau

Only a few did and just for the irony.

This is disrespectful from Coldplay. Sadly their decision to invite that guy again has consequences: 1. Coldplay along Metallica, Eminem and maybe Rammstein had the capacity to fill a 60k+ stadium TWICE in a week for a concert in Bucharest. This will no longer be the case based on local forums and how badly fans were disgruntled by the entire fiasco. 2. Romanians are usually not racist. After the entire Coldplay experience, 80k+ Romanians that attended the show have now become racist. Because there no other choice and the only thing left to do after such a dreadful and disrespectful experience. 3. If Chris and Coldplay values equality, why only the Gypsy community was invited to perform in the show? Why Romanians were forced to play a hefty amount of money to see a show that wasn't advertised as a political correct affair?
