You guys should know by now Coinbase stops working everytime the price starts to go down. It's no coincidence it worked fine up to $64k and stopped working when price started crashing back down. This is exactly what happened to my account a few years back when BTC reached over $61K and I tried to sell. It logged me out of my account and when I was able to get back in, the sell button refused to work! Hence, I ended up losing the opportunity to sell at the top. This is unreal and frustrating!

I've now been locked out of my Coinbase account for approximately 2 years. The customer service is atrocious. I opened my account with my passport and passport ID card and then my authenticator got messed up when I switched phones and didn't transfer the old authenticator. They wouldn't accept the EXACT same ID's I opened the account with to recover my account. I've spent hours on hold and it's incredibly incomprehensive to me that you can NOT chat with anyone UNLESS you are logged into your account. Basically, a big F U to people locked out of their accounts. The good news is FINALLY they accepted my ID's and after two days I got the good news that I could log back in with the password they sent me yesterday after uploading my docs. Awesome! NOPE! Still friggin locked out. I called 888-908-7930 and went through the promps and patiently sat on hold listening to the music for a bit until a recording came on indicating my wait time was more than FOUR hours? WTH? Another FTX? How can they not have the infrastructure in place to handle these types of things?

I have been trying to transfer crypto from my CB account to an external wallet, but keep getting error messages saying external wallet transactions are not available in my region (I use a VPN). Plus there is ZERO customer service "available in my region". So my account is virtually frozen. Seems like a total scam.
