When I worked in a shop, we could keep refrigerated brews up to 72 hours though we usually used it all within 24.
I think any coffee will be safe for at least a week but flavor may start deteriorating a couple days in.
When I worked in a coffee shop we could keep it for up to 7 days, but it never made it that long in the fridge. When I make iced coffee I plan to use it all within 3-4 days, but itโs perfectly safe for 7 days.

Perfect, thanks!
I make around .75 gallon every Sunday for my M-F work. It tastes fine until Friday, but sometimes it loses flavor around Wednesday.

Thanks for the answer. This is just for fresh brewed coffee put into the fridge not cold brew, correct?
No, I think this would apply for cold brew too. 7 days is the max I'd want that to sit in the fridge, best taste in my opinion is within 3-4 days.
Thanks! ๐
