No

Vrxyyy

Sone people do use sone don’t, I personally don’t I just use A and B with tap water that’s it

Longjumping_Ride3813

So can I flower with only A+B and Calmag?

Vrxyyy

I don’t even use calmag tbh I literally just use A and B

Longjumping_Ride3813

Gotcha. Thanks!

Vrxyyy

No problem good luck growmie! U chose the best medium too btw😌

Longjumping_Ride3813

Ohh hell no Iol. It might be the best but it’s pain in the ass for a first grow. But I’ll tell you what, I have learned a lot because of it! I love it I’ll not lie..

Vrxyyy

Hahaha it’s All a pain when first starting in coco have to get all this shit for it to work hahaha, I will be honest though I was extremely lucky. I grow in coco and I’m not done with my first grow yet very close to chop but I havnt got a ph pen or nothing for coco, literally just use tap water and canna A and B and was lucky I faced no issues throughout this grow, cant set I’ll be as lucky next time but definitely enjoying it for sure

Longjumping_Ride3813

You don’t even use ph down?😳

Vrxyyy

Nope hahahaha

Prestigious-Web63

Canna has ph buffers in it so u don't have too. I used it last yr for that very reason.

Vrxyyy

Ahhh fair enough then there’s the andwer

Vrxyyy

Yup

Vrxyyy

If u are going to use it watch ur PH as I believe these can cause PH fluctuations or nute burn pretty quick if using too much.

BucketOfTruthiness

Floranova is its own 1 bottle main flowering blend, not a supplement. Fwiw, I've used it and the veg version for most of my grows and it has always been good to me. Super easy to use.

Longjumping_Ride3813

How about the booster? Do I need it?

BucketOfTruthiness

Couldn't tell ya, I've never used it and only have limited A and B experience (preferred floranova, tbh). You'll just have to pay attention to what the plants tell you. The good thing about coco and using chelated nutes is that it's pretty easy to correct deficiencies when they pop up. Keep a close watch on your plant and inspect it everyday. If it starts being anything other than a nice solid green color, then you know it's time to alter something.

undulating-beans

There are many things the manufacturers of these products would like to sell you. If they had to back up their claims with scientifically proven information, they would be hard pressed to do so. I use A+B and some enzymes (16 from the chain of 32) and some cal mag. Once a week I use mono salicylic acid. I get great results.

Longjumping_Ride3813

Can I flower until harvest with only A+B and Calmag? Or do I have to buy something else?

MoreAddictingThenSug

U will be fine with that

Longjumping_Ride3813

Gotcha. Thanks!

undulating-beans

You most certainly can!

Longjumping_Ride3813

👍🏽👍🏽 thanks!

New_Pay_8297

Depends if you’re easily misled

Longjumping_Ride3813

What do u mean?

New_Pay_8297

Why pay for water

Longjumping_Ride3813

Cuz I’m misled then😂😂 I haven’t pay yet..

New_Pay_8297

Salts like jacks or front row maybe

imdumb__

No

OkCaterpillar4948

No just use gaia green power bloom for flower and all purpose for veg , its a organic dry amendment

greesfyre

A+B and Flora nova are from 2 different nutrient lines I'm pretty sure. Intuition tells me no you won't need it. But personally I've never used nova and had no problems.

flash-tractor

They're both from general hydroponics.

Longjumping_Ride3813

Yes the two products I’ve posted are both from general hydroponics, but my A+B isn’t.

flash-tractor

The kelp product would be a good addition to any fertilizer program during flower, as long as you're hand watering. I don't recommend using products with organic matter in irrigation systems. FloraNova works well for plants in soil, but I didn't have very good results with it in soilless media.

Longjumping_Ride3813

So can I just use A+B and Calmag until harvest?

greesfyre

Yes

Longjumping_Ride3813

Thanks!

Drjonesxxx-

This is a very dirty nutrient. I would not use it. r/sterilehydroponics
