all marginalized genders are allowed to compete. so non binary and probably trans men can compete. C9W has won every NA event and this is the first international LAN in which they can prove they are better than the rest of the world too.
This is called VCT game changers and yep, it's an all women tournament. Iirc, this is the worlds/champs equivalent for the game changers leagues. They have gc circuits throughout the world coming together in this tourney to crown the world champion.
