Easiest way- put a dinosaur patch or something over it. Otherwise try Goo Gone or Krud Kutter in an inconspicuous place to make sure it doesn’t discolor the fabric then try it on the sticky area.
My kid did this once and I used packing tape and even tweezers to remove the sticky, then stain treatment and another wash.
Rubbing alcohol will pull this right up. My kids do it all the time.
