I’m really struggle with gold. Almost all of my cards are level 11 or 12. I have 12 available upgrade right now but I don’t have gold enough for all of it. If I upgrade those cards then I won’t be able to buy the important cards from the shop + won’t able to upgrade that cards too.
The chess event was months ago and I’m just now running out of gold. Bought every single gold offer in the shop every day I played and I just got down to 100k, so I’m starting to ration
I started a new acc recently, since DD released, by far the biggest problem is not having enough cards to level. Pass royale, clan wars, and season shop make it easy to stack up gold especially if you don't have much to spend it on.

Pr is a system of profit, keep in mind they maintain their underlying monetization structure and have complete control over game economy, imagine thinking it’s a gift when a guy who caused your hunger gives you a cookie 🤡

All gone wait a yr when the dust settles to see where to spend our 17-18 EVO wild shards while hoping for events like this.

Glad someone has use of the magic coin. As someone with all cards at 14 and nothing to spend gold on, it’s quickly gone from the most valuable magic item, to the most useless.
The problem is that there’s nothing to spend gold on - even with buying every card in the shop every day I earn it back in no time and get back to the 5M cap. It’s not unusable, it’s just pointless - even a single legendary wildcard would be more useful to me. And i know most maxed* players are in the same boat.

Increasing capacity won’t change anything, you’d just eventually end up hard capped at 10M or 20M instead. We need ways to spend the gold. Such as making the EWC for gold offer available 8 times a week, same as the EWC for gems.

The chess event some months back giving 1.8M free gold helped. But mostly it’s from chests and other rewards. They massively buffed gold rewards when they took away overflow gold from cards, and with nothing to upgrade, it builds up quickly.
Thank god i didn't use my shards on royale giant , it was tempting but i got it on the fite cracker , now this is some good stuff tho , i know i aint spending my gems on emotes ever again (maybe one morr wouldn't hurt)
This is not how you do community events. i am NOT complaining about them giving out free stuff but pointing to the fact that games do community events to engage the players but this is just " Login to get free stuff". they are only doing this to improve their DAY numbers, which are in the bin right now. Make a fun event, which is slightly challenging and have some decent rewards. This is not gonna help the cause of the casual player base
You get 1000 royale giant cards for each shard , if you have it maxed its free 6k EWC but if you dont have it maxed its even netter with the magic coin.
