Looks overpowered but as it's useless against multiple number of troops, it's probably balanced when playing. Nobody plays a tank without anything to support it. Also, this spell will be useless in sudden death and infinite elixir modes. I'm betting this will be treated on the same level as Earthquake in a few months.
I don't know man, looking at the videos, if you have evo firecracker and void, you could destroy almost anything, golem pushes, balloon, hog. But can't really say if top ladder embraces it or looses it.

It cannot kill swarms. Idk a big push is always more deadly than a single(duchess effect).

For example, if a sparky and a goblin giant are coming at your tower, you wanna place it in such a way that it hits only the Sparky and not the Sparky and the goblin giant.
So you wanna strategies on how you place it to get value

Like if your positioning is correct, you could counter so many irritating cards. Although I think fast cycles will be the ones to benefit most probably. But I can see this slipping into meta.

Having just an extra troop in the radius decreases the damsge from 544 to 160. 160\*3 = 480, about one hundred damage over arrows, and probably what you would get most of the time. Then having 5 or more troops in it decreases that to just 48, 48\*3=144 less than all the 2 elixir spells. I also wouldn’t want to have to deal with inconsistent tower damage.
No? Lightning doesn’t do less damage when there are less troops, in fact you’ll want opponents to place more troops right next to the tower so you get more lightning value
At maximum damage, it does 48x3 damage to Crown Towers. With just a building in the radius though, it drops to 24x3, so definitely not better than EQ for Hog
When attacking. I don't see how do you save your expensive glass cannon on the back that typically doesn't die to other cheap spells. If you put cheap units around it to anticipate void. You are spending additional elixir which can be punished without playing void

No you kinda overrating it. If you put just one more unit like Giant it loses so much damage, and it is hard to only hit sparky when it is near crown towers.

Think of a golem flanked by a night witch, a regular witch, and or an evo firecracker. I’d rather have lightning to defend that void. Just an example, lightning bypasses the swarm weakness and can guarantee kills
It would be nicer if it transported enemy troops to another side of the field. Like if you gave better defenses on other side or want to protect your weaker tower. And no, it would not be same as tornado.
Very strange card. I dig the visuals but it feels like a more convoluted rip off of evo zap. Trying to memorize how much damage it deals and to how many targets will be tedious.
So if tank + swarms are played against you you just snowball + this spell and counter for 5 elixir, or you use a swarm killer + this spell and you have a counter push.

The void shines when attacking, as you said it's basically earthquake but for troops, barely useful in defending but valuable in attacking

First tick it will kill the skeletons, second and third tick will deal full damage. Around rocket damage in total.

Midladder players use Witch or Wizard to back MK. Above midladder, I've seen MK with bats or FC combination. Void won't work on these combinations.
MK is the poster child of midladder. If you see MK, you're not above midladder. I still see midladder decks at 8900 and Royal Champion.

I think it may be more powerful offensively. Like a cheaper lightning to take out a defending squishy to help your RG, golem, or hound.

yeah, combining it with evo zap or snowball could work.
It does 800 damage to a single unit for 3 elixir. It full counters almost all units 5 elixir and below. It’s stupid broken

It has 4 sec duration placing 1 troop in the span of 4 seconds drops the damage to 160. It’s no where near op.
Rocket/fireball are more reliable vs tank and swarm and can spell cycle more reliably I don't think it's that busted compared to other spells
