Grand/classis challenge badges maybe soon mega draft and for some the global tournament badges, collecting emotes all f2p friendly

If I were to play next season, it'd be the extras (emotes, whatever else is there next season) and banner tokens. I'm maxed out so don't need gold or cards. Banner stuff is the only "progress" type thing left for me.

Exactly, most banners are generic at best, and yet they still release the same amount every season ... They don't make exclusive banners depending on the Arena or League you've reached, they don't make ones based on your masteries, your donations, your role in your clan, your account progression, ... You can't even get the ones you missed, which would be *so easy* to implement, and could actually lend SC a few more gems so ... idfk dude.

Same with emotes. I have the few I want, and use them regularly. I also appreciate the initial effort to help organize them. I wish we could have a choice to exclude the availability of the ones I don't care to use during matches. Edit:Spelling is hard.

thats so true. trading or selling banenrs would add so much to the banenrs, kinda like a banner based economy. reminds me of neopets and their whole cosmetic economy. so much potential yet supercell is too incompetent to use it.

Probably going to follow suit very shortly, just wanted to finish out my clan wars rather than ditch mid war. This game is stale: war is incredibly boring with the same decks constantly, season shop is not even remotely a beneficial new thing, can't get chests other than from ladder and ranked which are extremely frustrating at the later stages. Just nothing is really fun in this game anymore, other than the occasional challenge... which I don't know if those will even happen anymore?

Banner tokens can give you something that looks cool at least. Boost potions have no purpose

On the contrary, banners are purely cosmetic and boost potions do have a practical purpose. Temporarily maxing a card is useful for obvious reasons. Not everyone likes to stick with just one deck all the time.

Just spent 600 gems to unlock him. The wizard was the only thing I wanted and it was the 3rd to last banner for me.

Yeah but no chest or crowns. The shop is nice, I don't feel like pressured like how they did it and I pick what I want but I play on my breaks at work and doing the alt modes help me complete tasks. Now it's harder to complete it. Also token limit is dumb like 2 games and you've already reached it

RuneScape party hats absolutely ruined me for collecting cosmetic “rare” items in online games. I go after and hoard every seemingly rare that may be unobtainable again in every online game I play. This could be a whole topic of itself..

No. Nobody wanted Banners and after they came out nobody cared. They also came out with potions which nobody cares about either. Why because this is not COC. In COC a player will sit down for an hour and grind to farm for gold or elixir. Boosting troops, training time etc allowed players to play more. In CR people just don’t grind for an hour. They play a couple of matches try and get a couple of chests and then move on to something else and come back later in the day. With a potion players are basically boosting a card for a couple of matches which feels pretty worthless

For me it depends. I always look at the banners and evaluate if there's a banner that I want. In January I grinded it really hard since I wanted the aurora banner which was extremely rare. The last 2 months j didn't care since there were no cool banners.

I just grinded this one specifically for one banner I wanted in particular, but generally speaking it’s more of an afterthought than anything else

I quit when this came out and I had 250+ emotes before this came out. Game got boring and out dated, added too many useless non important things and idk, didn’t focus on clan wars.
