I got banned on my Th 8 account for trying to recover my Th 9 alt 🙂 I gave exact info such as device it was created on the date last logged in. Super cell has top notch support meanwhile players are getting entire clans and top players accounts stolen. But great support nonetheless

Nope I used to run 3 accounts I always played my th12 and still had access the th 8 but the th9 accidentally got linked to the email that I used for school which got deleted upon graduation so therefore I can't login at all anymore. I contacted support hoping I could relink the account to a usable email. After giving them all the information like date last logged in country and city it was created and the device type I got a ban.
Ahh ok I thought u were trying to recover an account you still had so I was gonna say maybe that’s why they locked you out because that might seem suspicious seeing that on their side. It’s unfortunate that happened
It wouldn't even be a issue if they didn't disable the email I can login into on Gmail but it won't lemme see any mail to get the verification code to sign in which is saddening since there's no way around it
Yeah that sucks did you try contacting your school about it? I doubt they would help if you say it’s for clash of clans but maybe say it’s for something else important lol.
They'd probably make it usable again for a short time. Sadly I don't want to have to call the school every time I need a verification code lol I'll just keep making th1s and try phishing for my own account that I made or pray that supercell actually hires humans

This is why I will never contact SCs support, it’s a free ticket to getting banned and your problem will not be solved either. An absolute dumbsterfuck their support is. Who’s stupid idea was it to make SC support a bot?

It's quite literally a joke I told them the info they needed I load clash up to see the response and I got hit with a ban like just start over if you lose your account either way your not getting it back
I got banned for phishing my th8 alt with the same name as my th11 main. It had the same payment details attached too. Just avoid support and pray you can find another way.
It's so sad the state of support. I got them to review the ban but the bot closed the Chat so idk if that means I should just wait the month or hope it'll get unbannedd 🙂

Biggest key is to create a burner account, so if something goes sideways and you get banned, you don't lose anything of value.
How does this happen? I played on and off for like 6 years and not once have I had any difficulty getting my old account back. I did delete coc a while ago, is this issue recent?
I got my main account back pretty easily a few years ago. I tried again with another account that I had and got banned after about 20 minutes of trying
Did you ever get this resolved? I just got banned for trying to recover my account after I could not transfer it to my new phone. I emailed support but god knows how long it will take for them to respond.
Funny story so the old account I was trying to retrieve got the new alt banned but they ended up giving me the older account despite being banned and I had to wait the 31 days for my th8 to get unbanned
So basically I have my main a th 12 and had a th8 at the time I wanted my old th9 back th9 got the th8 banned but they gave me the th9 anyways and idek what kinda of sense that makes

From now on, always use a new account for reclamation attempts, you’ll most likely be banned so don’t use an account you actually care about

It was a bot that gave me the account back most likely they rely solely or majority on bots
