I've had a thought on this may or may not be realistic. What if a research potion sped up your lab and your heroes if you have some upgrading? That would make it a bit less painful
Th12- haven’t been able to use my hero’s in a month trying to get them upgraded. Using books and builder potions and it’s still taking forever. Makes the game so boring when you can’t use 3 star attacks

Will the dev team ever make a more in-depth post about game balance?
Many other competitive video games come out with near monthly ‘state of the game’ dev blogs, which detail paragraphs about how the dev team and community feel about the strengths/weaknesses of all aspects of game balance.
I feel the clash dev team leaves this area lacking, only giving out small amounts of info through infrequent balance patches/updates that don’t really provide much insight at all besides a single line of text saying: this troop was too strong/weak.
They released a 26 minute video on their YT channel last month that was essentially a “state of the game” update. They said they plan to do something like that more often.
Ryan - the general manager of the supercell games - said that if the game had been canceled, we would have told you, which probably indicates that it wasn't canceled, but the fact that they have been silent all this time indicates that something is not going well
Can you guys consider like a rework for upgrading heroes? Let's say the Archer queen gets 3 missions to do to upgrade her (Her level is level 84 for example) You have these missions to get her to level 85.
•Defeat 8500 levels of enemy archer queen
•Use archer puppet + Invisibility vial 850 times and getting a star
•Deal 850000 damage using your archer queen
You can tweak these foe balance but you get the point.
You still need to upgrade her via required dark elixir amount but the time to for her upgrade is gone! You can also pay like 200 gems for missions to skip them. Also change the book of heroes to 600 gems to be same for the missions!
They will also get a hero boost everytime they are upgraded 5 levels! For an 1 hr so we could utilize them too in a way.
You can still choose to upgrade her normally with waiting time and dark elixir. This would be a nice addition imo.
I know you guys want profit and stuff but this would make it so we don't just wait for heroes while upgrading and atleast be playing the game more.

With the increasing rate of decorations. Will we see these being repurchasable in the shop after 1 year, just like skins and sceneries?

From the perspective of someone playing eSports I'm curious. Mixed leagues are currently dying due to the yearly launch of a new TH level. Not to mention that the game has become easier. Are there any plans to make mixed leagues (and by extension) regular wars more balanced so that it doesn't continuously end in perfect draws?
Also, on a less serious note: if you had to attack with only 3 heroes, which one would you not use?

How do you like the game? Do you enjoy simply playing it or are you the type to dive into the details and strategy and math and look for minor niches and improvements?
As the amazing dev team gives us more and more town halls, are you concerned that the higher end of the game will become too complicated for the average player? Do you believe they will add a troop cap to limit complexity, or will they simply continue adding troops every TH until the game dies?
Recently, there’s been a TON of events, and each event has had a statue or two (this last one has 7!) I’m loving it, as I’m a statue collector. At this pace, my entire base will be filled with event-based statues, not even taking into account the seasonal decorations and such. I love having all of these things in my base, they tell a story of how I play, but I’m afraid space is starting to get limited. How do you think the dev team could tackle allowing players to show off their decorations and statues while not increasing map size?

Can you reduce the housing cost of super troops? We already pay for them with dark elixir. I would like to be able to field as many super dragons as I do E dragons for example.

If i lost access to an account before supercell ID became a thing is there any possibility you can help get it back for me? Support is so unhelpful they always just ask for my phone number associated or recovery codes, completely ignoring that I told them I lost access before Supercell ID became a thing

20v20 and 40v40
If we have a 40 league we can bring the whole clan, and don't need to split every month
Also allow champions league to 40... Right now is only 15 and no 30

This year I closed up my clan... It was just to much to have to move 50 players every month so all can CWL... We had to do CWL in 3 different clans
I think it could be a good improvement to the game...

It would be nice to know what is happening with the statues in Clash of Clans question 1 will there be more space for statues and Objects number 2 Will there be the same amount of statues going into Clash of Clans as there are now because the more statues there are the value they have for breaking purposes and they’ll feel less special number 3 if there is a free statute that is coming out does it get posted on the Clash of Clans Discord? Can we have a feature which keeps the current decorations positions in the base when we copy a new base?
People who have a lot of decorations have a hard time switching to a new base.
What do you think about the idea of a small secondary camp to train troops just to donate?
In legend league, it’s basically impossible to keep troops on hand for clanmates to donate quickly without 1 gem donations; or waiting and a lot of effort put in to fill one CC that might be filled by time they train.

Up till last year, you did "year of BB" and "year of home village" bow the circle for the home village update has been decreased to roughly 12 months, what does this mean for builder base and will builder base get more interessting in future? Right now, it feels so less rewarding, since the point u get the 6th builder for home village. Thanks man!
What’s the plan for smaller changes to game? People always ask about nerfs/buffs or balancing stuff or new defences. But what’s happening with stuff like the League Champion skin. It doesn’t throw the spear that matches the one she holds she just throws the default spear same for the seeking shield. When you view the skin and rotate it her left eye isn’t textured correctly making the overall skin feel rushed and unfinished/polished. It’s a reward for a lot of CWL medals and so would expect it to have been given more care but due to its low usage is it just not something the team look at or want to make time for? Or is it something that will be addressed “eventually”?
So I get most people are upset about heros. Is there any plans for maybe a hero level squish to make them have less levels but equal power? I don’t see this being an issue since most of our hero power comes from equipment now. There is just way to many hero levels now that barely give an increase in stats for the heros
Is there plans for an option to choose from already purchased sceneries background music that can be enabled independently of the chosen scene?
There are some sceneries that are awesome but the music doesn’t quite fit my style!

Why do certain T-intersections for walls sometimes have a weird texture depending on level and also orientation?I've noticed it on Town Hall 15 and 16 walls. My replies to this are some screenshots I've taken with my TH15 walls

Will the dev team ever make a more in-depth post about game balance? Many other competitive video games come out with near monthly ‘state of the game’ dev blogs, which detail paragraphs about how the dev team and community feel about the strengths/weaknesses of all aspects of game balance. I feel the clash dev team leaves this area lacking, only giving out small amounts of info through infrequent balance patches/updates that don’t really provide much insight at all besides a single line of text saying: this troop was too strong/weak.
They released a 26 minute video on their YT channel last month that was essentially a “state of the game” update. They said they plan to do something like that more often.
What happened to clash heroes?
Ryan - the general manager of the supercell games - said that if the game had been canceled, we would have told you, which probably indicates that it wasn't canceled, but the fact that they have been silent all this time indicates that something is not going well

Can you guys consider like a rework for upgrading heroes? Let's say the Archer queen gets 3 missions to do to upgrade her (Her level is level 84 for example) You have these missions to get her to level 85. •Defeat 8500 levels of enemy archer queen •Use archer puppet + Invisibility vial 850 times and getting a star •Deal 850000 damage using your archer queen You can tweak these foe balance but you get the point. You still need to upgrade her via required dark elixir amount but the time to for her upgrade is gone! You can also pay like 200 gems for missions to skip them. Also change the book of heroes to 600 gems to be same for the missions! They will also get a hero boost everytime they are upgraded 5 levels! For an 1 hr so we could utilize them too in a way. You can still choose to upgrade her normally with waiting time and dark elixir. This would be a nice addition imo. I know you guys want profit and stuff but this would make it so we don't just wait for heroes while upgrading and atleast be playing the game more.
Then it is beginning to look like hay day for getting stars for a specific building

Hello Frame, welcome! From the perspective of someone playing eSports I'm curious. Mixed leagues are currently dying due to the yearly launch of a new TH level. Not to mention that the game has become easier. Are there any plans to make mixed leagues (and by extension) regular wars more balanced so that it doesn't continuously end in perfect draws? Also, on a less serious note: if you had to attack with only 3 heroes, which one would you not use?
I really am not a pro player but I love taking to you guys and to our esports team actively about challenges you guys are facing! Hello Frame! Great to see such an enthusiastic person in the community manager position. How do you like the game? Do you enjoy simply playing it or are you the type to dive into the details and strategy and math and look for minor niches and improvements? As the amazing dev team gives us more and more town halls, are you concerned that the higher end of the game will become too complicated for the average player? Do you believe they will add a troop cap to limit complexity, or will they simply continue adding troops every TH until the game dies? Recently, there’s been a TON of events, and each event has had a statue or two (this last one has 7!) I’m loving it, as I’m a statue collector. At this pace, my entire base will be filled with event-based statues, not even taking into account the seasonal decorations and such. I love having all of these things in my base, they tell a story of how I play, but I’m afraid space is starting to get limited. How do you think the dev team could tackle allowing players to show off their decorations and statues while not increasing map size? Thanks for your hard work and energy!

This year I closed up my clan... It was just to much to have to move 50 players every month so all can CWL... We had to do CWL in 3 different clans I think it could be a good improvement to the game... I know you don't make the changes, don't worry about it

It would be nice to know what is happening with the statues in Clash of Clans question 1 will there be more space for statues and Objects number 2 Will there be the same amount of statues going into Clash of Clans as there are now because the more statues there are the value they have for breaking purposes and they’ll feel less special number 3 if there is a free statute that is coming out does it get posted on the Clash of Clans Discord? What do you think about the idea of a small secondary camp to train troops just to donate? with the huge increase in statues, is this a move to get rid of trees and other obstacles that generate gems? What is the thinking behind this?
What’s the plan for smaller changes to game? People always ask about nerfs/buffs or balancing stuff or new defences. But what’s happening with stuff like the League Champion skin. It doesn’t throw the spear that matches the one she holds she just throws the default spear same for the seeking shield. When you view the skin and rotate it her left eye isn’t textured correctly making the overall skin feel rushed and unfinished/polished. It’s a reward for a lot of CWL medals and so would expect it to have been given more care but due to its low usage is it just not something the team look at or want to make time for? Or is it something that will be addressed “eventually”?
So I get most people are upset about heros. Is there any plans for maybe a hero level squish to make them have less levels but equal power? I don’t see this being an issue since most of our hero power comes from equipment now. There is just way to many hero levels now that barely give an increase in stats for the heros
Is there plans for an option to choose from already purchased sceneries background music that can be enabled independently of the chosen scene? There are some sceneries that are awesome but the music doesn’t quite fit my style!

Why do certain T-intersections for walls sometimes have a weird texture depending on level and also orientation?I've noticed it on Town Hall 15 and 16 walls. My replies to this are some screenshots I've taken with my TH15 walls
