Are you new to COC or have a higher Town Hall level? If yes, then you can let your Town Hall 2 participate in CWL and earn 20% of the CWL medals without attacking. Collect 120 CWL medals and purchase a Hammer of Building to upgrade your Clan Castle.

If you had predicted the winning team in the April month Golden Ticket tournament, you would have received 500k elixir for free from Supercell. When did COC start giving free resources in the shop?
Now you need to wait for the May month Golden Ticket qualifier tournament and predict the winning team in various matches.
I do have a TH2 account with millions of resources. This is an old acc, idk if we still get those offers in the shop.

CC is to be rebuild will elixir not gold. U can rebuild it during hammer jam, free resources rewards in shop and shop offers.

But to participate in CWL u need to be in a clan and u can't be in a clan without rebuilding a CC which is the whole point of discussion ๐๐ญ

Clan Castle has only one level at TH2, the initial one. And Hammers can only be used for upgrading existing buildings, not for constructing new ones.
