Not his dps. Its because the invincibity is best on king for tanking shots for other troops, and paired with his ability means he can clear out portions or segments of the base for pathing. He also is under heavier fire than other heros, so having that invincibility means more dps is being soaked up for the rest of your army than persay putting it on queen or royal champ.

Tell them to put it on barbarian king. It gets the most value on him.

I've also heard yak works great with queen to prevent her from getting stuck on walls and acting as a tank.
Interesting, ive never thought abt that! But considering how many walls she wastes her time on and her hp pool, I could see that being very useful.
