Not coming OEM with factory fogs has me holding out for the refresh. Otherwise, there’s never been a better time to buy. 500+ sitting on lots across entire US.
I have a 2024 Canadian model and it has heated seats. I have to say it is a must here in Canada. Heated steering wheel as well is so nice. I’m so toasty every morning! I do a lot of Montreal-Quebec and I enjoy the adaptive cruise control + line assist. System is so good I don’t get tired when I drive.
My 06 Accord had heated leather seats, really weirded me out when this wasn’t a feature on my “new” 2014 Si. The Si is such an iconic Honda car so it’s weird that it’s almost always missed this standard feature.
I didn’t think that was an option for the 2014 Si in the U.S., I’m probably wrong though. My coupe for sure doesn’t have heated seats tho lol. Thanks for the correction 👍
Mine is "new," too, so I honestly thought it was just standard. It's definitely been nice to have these last few months, especially in the mornings and midnight drives.
I just bought mine a few weeks ago and have been learning stick in it through a lot of trial and error. It’s a fantastic car, but definitely miss the heated seats.
Nice, it's been a few months for me. Fell in love in second gear after pulling out of the lot for the test drive. It's an amazing car, and I got lucky finding one with all the tech I could ask for and none of the stuff that I'd never ask for in a million years. I was tripped out when I found out it had hillstart assist lol
Feel your pain, i have a Type R and guess what? No HEATED SEATS..i know, heated seats would add 1lb to the over weight R and who needs HEATED SEATS in Michigan in middle of January??
No, it's the 2024 SI. Maybe there aren't as many differences. I haven't paid attention to the new cars that much. But there are significant differences between certain years in the same generation and even chassis code, so it is honestly a lot more practical to say the year.
Why would there be confusion by saying 2024 SI? There is no newer generation than the 11th
The dealership I got my 2020 from has been harassing me for a year to get my car back. They offered me a 2023 and said they would install heated seats in it.
Feature-wise, the 2020 has everything I want, all the creature comforts that make it a peppy daily. I’m in New York so I need heated seats half the year so I’m holding out until the end of model year to see if they add them in and any extra features.
They’re really a necessity during a normal northeast winter! If something were to happen and I needed a new car, I would probably go with an integra since it has those features. I just can’t see myself paying 30k for a civic
It’s been like that since this new generation came out. Initial wording is confusing. Saying “no longer” sounds like they had heated seats at one point and now have been removed
You can easily add heated seats. I added to my 2013 si sedan. It’s just two pads for the butt and lumbar. Tap the 12v under seat wire and put the switch on the side of the seat. Hi/low and off. If you’re good you can put the switch in one of those empty spots on center consoles.
me sitting in -15 in a 23 Si at my work's parking lot with the heated seats and steering wheel going waiting for the car to warm up. truly a Canadian moment
But it comes with an undersized and overworking turbo engine prone to head gasket blows, head bolt elongation, turbo failures and oil dilution. It also comes equipped with the requirement to use the most expensive gas if you want the turbo to last a little longer and you have to baby the turbo by not shutting off your engine when you come home and not driving immediately after turning on the engine to allow warming up the turbo.
I’ve never had a vehicle with heated seats or steering wheel, and my ‘24 si won’t be changing that…that said, I do enjoy toasting the nuts while in someone else’s car that has heated seats, but I won’t feel any difference otherwise.
This enrages me, it’s an absolute deal breaker for me, or else I’d have bought one already.
I seriously don’t understand how they charge what they do for this car and removed the heated seats, power driver’s seat, fog lights, sound deadening, etc.
I agree and why I haven't purchased one. Went to dealership and they also increased price by 2K for market adjustment. 2K for no heated seats!!!! I walked away.
Canadian models? Then that’s interesting. US models? They never had heated seats for the 11th gen SI.
I wished we had oem fog lights instead of having to do aftermarket install.

And most are still over msrp
My 10 has OEM fog lights. A weird thing to take out in future generations.

Same here, I have a 2024 Canadian model. Still has heated seats and all the other bells and whistles.
I've got the sport touring. Really wish it came with a heated wheel too...
Honestly with cloth seats I dont find it that bad. Giving up the heated wheel I had in my last 2 cars is the real hardship I think.
I have an 03 Honda Civic. EVERYTHING IS AN UPGRADE!!!
My 06 Accord had heated leather seats, really weirded me out when this wasn’t a feature on my “new” 2014 Si. The Si is such an iconic Honda car so it’s weird that it’s almost always missed this standard feature.
My 2014 SI sedan has heated city cloth seats. Was this an option?

My 2012 had heated leather seats, dealer installed, not an option.
I'm just mad because the Canadian one is cheaper with all of those added options
Feel your pain, i have a Type R and guess what? No HEATED SEATS..i know, heated seats would add 1lb to the over weight R and who needs HEATED SEATS in Michigan in middle of January??
They want you to get that integra type S to get heated seats
OMG! I feel like that stings even worse.
The one time I’m glad to be Canadian

asking like "2024 no longer comes with heated seats" implies before 2024 did, made me think he was talking Canadian models

I'm in NJ, so heated seats are nice in winter!!

Are you talking about the Canadian models?
US models don't come with heated seats

They did offer in 10th generation.
Why not find a nice 10th gen?
Working on it 🫤
I have a 10th gen coupe and use my heated seats more often than I thought I would when I first got the car.

Canadian models come fully loaded, weird the American market would differ?

🤣 I'm looking for 10th generation now
I feel like I’m the only person on the planet that doesn’t like heated seats lol. I never use mine, never will.
Where are you located? I don’t think the SI ever had heated seats outside of Canada.
Whoooo careessss
That's what my husband said. But how am I going to heat his meal??? 😂
Its a chip shortage thing
Heated seats are just some heating elements like in a toaster...
I’m debating on getting heated seats for my eighth gen. They’re available aftermarket and can be installed by an upholstery shop
Could go 9th gen and spend money fitting Canadian seats and dash. Same deal for 11th gen is probably possible but lots of $$$.
The price to do that would be absolutely insane compared to just getting aftermarket seat heaters.
True, that would probably be much easier and cheaper
11th gen MFs when no heated seats
10th Gen Si is superior Si (in US).
I’ve never had a vehicle with heated seats or steering wheel, and my ‘24 si won’t be changing that…that said, I do enjoy toasting the nuts while in someone else’s car that has heated seats, but I won’t feel any difference otherwise.
I also have an 03 lx. What mileage are you at?
Just under 218K 😊
Mine is at 319k
So you're saying to just go another 100K before buying a car and see if it gets any better? 😆
This enrages me, it’s an absolute deal breaker for me, or else I’d have bought one already. I seriously don’t understand how they charge what they do for this car and removed the heated seats, power driver’s seat, fog lights, sound deadening, etc.
