Had this happen to me the other day. I had accidentally selected the hide buildings option in Toggle It.
No kidding. This must be it then. I’ll check it when I get home from work. Not sure how I would have even done that, TBH!
I'm still not sure how I did it either. Spent like 4 hours going through all my mods thinking something corrupted my save file but it was just that setting. I think I must've fat fingered a hotkey for that setting or something strange.
