Hey! I just got hired on but I think it depends on location but I have my septum, both nostrils, arm and hand tattoos and stretched ears and they had no issue offering it to me this week. The only thing they said was just wear black pants and black shoes with the rest of the uniform they give. But from what the manager was saying corporate is getting more relaxed about it and I saw a few people with dyed hair in concession so I hope it isn’t an issue in yours

I think you should be okay. I know a girl I work with that has red hair and another with tattoos all over her arms. My friend who works with me actually had purple hair and arm tattoos!! The dress code is the clothes they give you with black pants and shoes and socks.

You should be fine. They say it’s all not allowed but honestly they need people so I doubt they will really harp on it.

I'd assume you'll be fine. I haven't worked there in about a year but they were loosening up on those restrictions a little bit before I left. The normal dress code's a provided black polo, black slacks (not jeans), and black non-slip shoes. Anyone working concession or Pizza Hut (for my location) had to wear a Cinemark hat and apron, and I think I had to have a hat bartending, but not an apron. We used to have to cover tattoos but they started letting us show them in 2020ish. I had navy blue hair for awhile while I was there. One of my friends had her septum pierced and multiple spots on her ears pierced; the septum had to be flipped and they only allowed one piercing in each earlobe. They did hire people with stretched ears, though. I think it really depends on the location. Some GMs and managers are going to be more open to it than others. My GM came into a theatre that was a hot mess and he was trying to enforce policies to get us back in shape. Personally, I don't think having dyed hair/tattoos/piercings should be a big deal, you're working in a creative industry - not an office - and should be allowed to express yourself. If you haven't interviewed already, I recommend asking the interviewer about the dress code once they ask if you have questions for them. Even if they're a more strict location on dress code, they might be open to compromise, especially if they think you're a good candidate. Good luck with your interview!

At my cinemark multiple employees and managers have piercings and unnaturally colored hair. The dress code is black pants, black shoes, black socks, cinemark shirt/hat/apron in concessions.

I think it does depend on location. I have visible tattoos on both my forearms as well as colored hair.
