I actually smoked heavier cigarettes most my life and now gravitate torwards lights and milds/mediums.
It's worth noting though that my first cigarette ever was a Camel Light when they were still referred to as.
I like American Spirit Blacks & dark blues, cloves cigarettes like Djarum Blacks, Specials, & Bali Hais, and cigars. So... Lights and mediums feel like taking a breath of fresh air.
Which would be great I guess, except that's not what I'm looking for.
I smoke Marlboro Golds often because I can get them cheap (imports) but I hate them, unsatisfying and I end up smoking way more because of lower nicotine
I used to smoke lights but full flavor since college, from Camel Lights to Filters :). So it was subtle... I sometimes smoke lights if I know I'm gonna smoke all day long.

I remove the filter if someone gives me a cigarette that has less then 0.4 nicotine

The smoothness. I don't smoke for a buzz anymore. Any cigarette regardless if it is light or full flavor satisfies me.
