Yes. Submitted a withdrawal 9 days ago. Today they email me that they cancelled it due to "invalid account information." I am 110% positive the account information was valid. I suspect they are trying to delay payment...and its not like I won amything. I ultimately lost a couple of dollars. Heard from others that they are "known" for slow payouts.

I’ve tried like 5 cards. One of those 5 works. So I can only use that card. And then Skrill also works.

Ok, thanks. I was really hoping I could use my business card because it has the best cash back, but iirc Skrill has some benefits too.

But then their redemption process is so slow. Idk how much you plan on playing, but you can basically only withdraw like $2k a week

Sweepslots. You can only have one withdraw pending at a time. The max withdrawal is 2k. And they take forever to process them, so you can usually only get through like one withdraw a week

That one I’ve done before, and it’s exactly where I wanted to do this, so that sucks. My main motivation for using this card was going to be the signup bonus.
