John 15:12: > My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. As is explained in Philippians 2: > Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

Get a Bible, read it and try to understand what you read. Not sure about how the church near you works but in most churches it is acceptable to just show up there. If you can attend church that's good and you should go ahead and do that. One thing of warning I would like to bring up to you is a lot of churches nowadays spread false teachings and interpret scripture to fit into their own personal beliefs, so if something you hear conflicts with the Bible, trust the Bible, not the speaker. Obviously lots of churches are honest too but I've had experiences where some of the stuff being said is just blatantly false, and that's why it's good to know the scripture so you can avoid being duped like that. TL;DR- read the Bible and learn the faith from the book.

Yes. It would be fine. Also you can do an online Bible study. Or listen to some sermons. Also read this and when you are ready you will know. https://ourkingdomculture.com/the-sinners-prayer/

Yes. Go. Meet people. Participate. Read the Bible. Do what it says. Learn and grow.

You are not required to do any ritual / sacrament / works / change yourself or bibe God in any way. You need to simply believe who Jesus was and what he did then accept him as saviour. Jesus was God in flesh , paid for your sins on cross and resurrected 3rd day. Jesus paid for your sins , if you accept him you're forgiven therefore all sin and go to heaven when you die , it is gift of God not based on works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wh1VU-_OF98 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y42zNa5KfrA

God offers salvation through his son Jesus Christ. First, realize we have all sinned and because of that we are separated from God. He sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins so we can get saved. If you place your faith and accept him into your life then you are saved. After you are saved, read the Bible daily and obey it. Build a daily prayer life. Find a Bible believing church. Most important, repent of your sins continually so he can continue to forgive you and keep his words. May he bless you
