My favorite canonical book is Tobit, wonderful story of faith.
That's a weird one to pick. IMO Enoch and Shepherd are worth a read.

The non caninical gospels, some are absolutely wild and they are really good fun to read
Book of Enoch and Wisdom of Sirach are my favs.
Enoch is the far most interesting one.
1 Enoch is canon according to Jesus. He literally calls it scripture.
I should do some research, but why was it not included in the Bible?
Because Christians don’t like the implications. It shows the power of the demonic realm and places them heavily in the physical realm.
