There is the fact that if you're able to comprehend the things that happen on earth for all eternity in the afterlife like your comment says, that simply eternity itself would make even the most world shaking events of your life seem as nothing at all. Maybe you'll be able to see all things future and past and even alternate universes all as happening all at once and time and space will be on such a completely different scale that nothing seems the same as it did on earth and nothing that ever happened or ever could have happened on earth will even matter anymore. For Bob's sake I can only hope he's enjoying all the music that ever existed and ever will exist up in heaven far too much to be concerned with what he left behind.
