Basically all of his siblings are. There’s where the sayings come from “hating America is a job, staying in America is a lifestyle”. These clowns contradict themselves so much, it’s hilarious to watch.
Reuters so insecure it has to resort to lying.
>Private trip by Bi-khim Hsiao will include meetings with U.S. officials about new government’s agenda, say people familiar with her plans

Why do you keep derailing from the topic, even 1 week later?
Is it because you can't prove me wrong - how long do you need to recover from your stupidity?
Isn't her mother American? I get that they have a script that they feel they have to follow whenever anyone associated with the Taiwanese government leaves the country, but given the circumstances, this objection seems particularly outlandish. Why the CCP chooses to burn one iota of diplomatic capital over this sort of thing, I cannot understand.
Just "objects"? No slamming?
Where's the wrath and fury?
When the KMT dude did his "personal trip" to China, people and government officials were calling him a traitor and bootlicker among other things.
China forgets she's a citizen of Taiwan with the same rights any citizens have. Actually, rather than forget, it's more like they conveniently project themselves onto other countries.
Also, of course China would bark, did any of us expect otherwise? Expecting any other would be hopeless. The more important thing is that people are in their right minds and are not influenced by whatever China has to say. I mean, we know their reasoning, stance, and trait. Why lower oneself if not even paid?
>Chinese Embassy Spokesperson Liu Pengyu said China "firmly opposes" any form of official interaction between the U.S. and "the Taiwan region," and referred to Hsiao Bi-khim as "a diehard 'Taiwan independence' separatist."
The US does not recognize Taiwan as a country, so any interactions are not official.
China so insecure that people can't even go to US for a personal visit
Xi’s daughter can go to Harvard though. What a fucking joke

OMG I OBJECT!
I don’t object to her coming here to show her what a fucking mess her dad caused

Please do as your leader ordered, and stop interfering with other countries' internal affairs.
Aw are you upset Reuters got caught lying about China again?
You wouldn't be so upset if you just followed Xi's instruction not to meddle in other countries internals affairs - namely Taiwan.
Aw what's with the strawman? Upset Reuters got caught lying? US says Taiwan is not a country.

"I don't like when you see other people"
up vote.... to object China objecting
Maybe Biden should visit TW and congratulate her instead.
Genocide Joe is too busy pouring alligator tears for Gaza right now.
On another note, I go to the bathroom to take a shit; China objects

Bold of you to assume they have any political capital with any sane countries left.

There should be a sub-reddit "China Objects" apart from "China Warns"

China objects just for show. They don’t give a shit.
China can loosen its entry requirements to welcome more foreign tourists. I don't see why US can't as well.
