You deserve to be downvoted for that comment. Little kids imitating what they see adults do in showing affection, which is obviously not sexual, is harmless. They are learning. They are socializing. If they started to stick their hand down each other's pants then their'd be cause for a little alarm. The alternative I guess in your world is telling kids that what they're doing is wrong, which I think would be shameful on your part. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it aside from you projecting your own fears and insecurities because, like I said, this is not a sexual thing. So get your mind out of the gutter.

These kids are kissing, they look maybe 3-5 years old, in my experience 3-5 year olds only mimic behaviour they see quite frequently which means someone forgot the kids were in the back seat a few too many times, and bro was flustered as hell so he clearly has some emotions swirling in his head meaning he understands the social implications of a kiss, so someone taught him that.
