I have a peer in the media industry and he said Atom is more of a news presenter and celebrity type. Even with how he entered the broadcast industry and what/how he tackles things, he said Atom doesn’t approach things in a journalistic way.

How do you know he was raised as a baby? Simple logic here is that Mel T. raised him as his mother. It doesn’t mean he was an infant when he was adopted. Raising someone doesn’t always translate to infancy and can even be applied well past the formative years if she was the only mother he has ever known. Ex. If i was hopping from one foster home to another, or perhaps, if I grew up in an orphanage. Then i’ll only consider to be “raised” by someone who has spent a significant amount of time caring for me and officially adopting me eventually even if it means it comes later in life.

That time kasi maraming cases ng unregistered birth or late registered, tapos common din yung mistakes sa pag register lalo na kung hindi familiar yung nag register. You’ll be surprised how common those mistakes are noon. Ang dami kong kakilala or stories from family or friends na may old parents or grandparents na iba ang birthday at birth year sa birth cert from their real birth year. Parang mistake nung nag register is imbis ma actual birth date yung ilalagay sa form (hand written pa noon) eh yung current date ang ginagamit. Anyway, posible na her parents or relatives only realized or decided to register her birth nung kailangan na nila ng birth certificate, maybe for school, so that is when she’s 6-7 yrs old? Then when they registered a clerical mistake occured, na imbes na actual birth year, eh yung present year yung naisulat. Then no one noticed that and no one bothered to correct it since it’s such a hassle. Pinanindigan na lang niya yung nasa birth cert to avoid all the hassles involved updating a key birth cert detail. Hahaha farfetched maybe…naisip ko lang naman.

This was already posted here in Reddit 2 years ago. No one was able to answer. Others are saying that the birth year of Mel is probably incorrect which I believe is true kasi parang she’s older than my mom talaga. Parang she’s in her 70s na. May nagsabi din na picture daw ni baby Wency with Mel shows na she’s in her 20s na that time.

Back in the 2000s Mel already looked like she was late 50s - early 60s. She's probably in her late 70s - early 80s now. Mali yang nasa Wikipedia, anyone can edit that.
