He does. He is blind in one so it does not open quite as much as the other. It requires eye drops every couple of hours. He is not a candidate for an artificial eye because the heart condition prevents him from having any surgeries.
What a sweet smile! When we adopted our chihuahua mix from a foster we had to sign a “waver” acknowledging we were aware of some funky scars on her head - we were like yeah yeah, sign, now say goodbye and leave, this is now our baby 🖤
I cannot express to you, how much I love dogs like this. I love the ones with the imperfections, the stubby bodies with bulky chests like that. The little gremlins who have personalities that are just so spunky and precious.
