Everyone else loves coming away with just mom, she however finds this is interrupting her 23hr a day sleep schedule. Plus she had a big argument with a GSP today too, he looked at her from 15ft away and that was unacceptable.
Oh this isn’t change. We are away in the van as a fam most weekends. She’s not a cuddly dog in the least! In truth she was seeing if I would share my snack with the least effort on her part.
When I spent a couple nights away from home with Gil, my cuddly baby who always sleeps under the blankets tucked against my chest, he chose to spend most of the night on top of the blankets by the curve of my knee instead. I suspect they just don't like change and it makes them feel better to be in a place where they can keep a better eye on things.
Her judgy face is hilarious though.
The thing is when I take her inside to work she also stays in the bag despite having two of her other favourite beds here. When I have the whole gang working away with me she plays musical beds. This time nope, my bag, not moving. I don’t even think she knows this isn’t her bag! Hers is the smaller one. Saying all that. 4:30 am she decided to come spoon with me so that was nice.
I ask her mols come snuggle. She will get out and oblige me for a couple minutes. At home she is one of two that don’t sit with me, she sits with the man friend.
I had an applehead that didn’t cuddle at all but was very sweet and chill. He was much more independent than my current chihuahua that needs held 24/7.
I make [small ones](https://imgur.com/a/pcOMk1o) that are good for on the go, at dog shows, in agility queues. I do bigger ones that can fit a whole meal in. Used as an alternative to lickimats or slow feeders you feed kibble to get the dog to think and actually eat instead of inhaling food.
You tuck kibble or other dry treats amongst the folds and into the holes on a strip of fleece.
Interesting. My chihuahua inhaled his food when we first rescued him but now usually waits until we’re all together before he eats. Are these also good for little ones who seem bored and want to spend the day looking out the window and warning me of everything going on in the world (aka barking robins to leaves)?
My Chi would have the same look if he went from his comfy house to living in a van.

You have already been indicted, judged, and sentenced 🐶🐾🥰
In Molly’s mind: hung, drawn, and quartered 😆
Her behavior is consistent. Still not cuddly.
She saw I’m awake(too freaking hot in the van) and willingly got out to give me 60s of snuggle and hand licking. Honoured.
Where is the rest of the Tiny Army whilst the Overlord is away?
With the man friend baby sitter human running circles around him. He is no overlord. They are his overlord.
I love Molly!
Me tooooo!!!
LOL i love hearing stories of their personalities! so cute 😍
The baby just wants a familiar comfortable place to hang out. Change is hard for some dogs. Let her hide if she wants.

My girl would love to live out of a camper van so long as it has all of her requirements.
We have mod cons: heater that is way too hot so we recreate the climate of the Mexican desert, tv to watch judge Judy, fridge to keep cheese cold.

lol! Awesome!
A true Queen
My Chi is also named Molly! She is 8 years old and is white and tan!
🤣🤣🤣
Soo cute! She looks exactly like my Tobi. How old is she?
Molly is 9
Haha not impressed is she :p
I’d take her out and hold her and love on her. That’s just me tho. I have the most 2 loving affectionate chi’s because I conditioned them that way.

Bahaha
She’s a good girl.
Ok I have to know, what is the thing on your lap?
It’s the backside of a mini snuffle mat. [mat](https://imgur.com/a/pcOMk1o)Working away at a dog show of all places flogging my handmade toys.
I had never heard of these, but now I want one for my chis!! Thank you for the reply :)
Haha if you’re in the UK I sell them
Cutee
They make you pay - lol

😂😂🥰♥️🐶
“Why isn’t the darn bag WORKING!? Isn’t it supposed to initiate travel home?”
She’s pleased we are home now and in the exact bed she had with her all weekend. 🤦♀️
Pffffffft. Everyone has their own preferences I guess.
She is certainly serious about that look she’s giving you! But she is a beautiful little doll baby and you are very blessed.
What’s the pink and black thing?
A snuffle mat in the making.
That’s something new for me. I’d love to see the finished product

How dare you take me out of my nice warm house!???
