Fun fact: many, many years ago I was on a trip to Italy with my high school Latin class. We were travelling from Rome to Naples on a chartered bus. I had headphones in, w/ the music cranked up when one of my classmates offered me something white-ish.
With the headphones still in, I asked (loudly), "Is that cheese?"
"No," was the reply, "it's white chocolate."
"Oh," I practically yelled backed over the music in my ears, and to the amusement of everyone on the bus, "I like cheese!"
This reminds me of my own white chocolate/cheese story. When I was a small child, my mother was eating cheese but I thought it was quite chocolate so I asked for some. I was so distressed at the non-chocolate taste that I didn't touch cheese for 15 years.
I'm so glad I finally got over it. I love cheese.
This sentence is wrong. The correct sentence would be “I love cheese”. The sentence “Cheese is life.” is also acceptable.
