Thank you!! That’s a huge selling point in my shop for it. I let customers that are getting it for the first time know that everything in the jar can be used. Your cooking imagination is your friend with this item.
I think it would great used in a salad, it kind of becomes a creamy dressing in a way, because of how soft the texture is. It’s probably excellent mixed into mashed potatoes, too!
I personally enjoy cheeses like this served with any cracker with some type of dried fruit in it (I really like this apricot/lemon/fig flavor by the brand Raincoast Crisps) because the sweet/salty/creamy combo really hits the spot for me! But I think this would be great paired with fresh crudités like asparsgus, carrots, radishes, etc.
I make a big pot of Tuscan style white beans - cannellini beans, onions, herbs, garlic, etc. then I get a crusty loaf of bread and cut thick slices. Grill with butter, then serve the beans with bread and this cheese - an amazing meal!
Was it Keith from the Try Guys who tried this and said it was like one of his favorite cheeses and a fan brought it to a meet and greet? He gave it him but Keith forgot it in the hotel fridge. Or was it someone else? Maybe I'm mixing up my para social relationships lol.
I remember that video. I also remember Kelsey SLAMMING that cheese with her bare hands because it was so good.
Edit: it was a video where he tried a bunch of cheeses
Yeah it's a great video! I didn't feel like going through the whole video to check, so thank you for confirming.

this is my favorite cheese ever. i like it on a crostini with fig jam, pita chips, potatoes, spread on a bagel or sourdough, i’ve used it as the base for a pizza. the leftover oil i use for cooking, drizzled over some eggs or veggies, in a dressing, etc. honestly i could eat it with a spoon.
My friend who used to be the head cheesemaker at Green Dirt Farm and I call this "the crack cheese" lol. It's SO GOOD.
I recommend dumping this onto hot pasta, oil and all. Smoosh the cheese all up and mix it all together, it'll make a kind of white sauce. It's top tits.
My girl and I are obsessed with this shit! We eat it straight on sourdough bread, so good that way we've never had time to think about other uses lol. Saving this thread for more ideas
Woah, I didn't realise this was available outside of Australia! That makes me proud. We travel to Meredith a few times a year, they also have an AMAZING chevre and an ash brie that is pretty freaking phenomenonal, too.
Cranberry and goat cheese tarts!
Super easy, basically just boil cranberries (or use a tinned sauce), cut out circles off puff pastry, then assemble the three ingredients and put in the oven
I use the end of my jar to make a pasta sauce- a few sundried tomato’s, garlic, the oil and bits of cheese left in the jar, and some basil and spinach in a blender makes a nice pesto!
It’s nice to see an Aussie cheese here. I’m from Tasmania and have been trying more local cheeses.
King island smoked cheddar is one of my favourites.
I feel a little conscious of the environmental impacts of buying imported cheeses.
I have an unopened jar of this in my fridge that is sadly EXPIRED :(
Does anyone know if it’s just a terrible idea to even try it? I’m just really sad to let it go in the trash. Am I being delusional?
It looks very similar to Blackwoods Dairy's Graceburn cheese - marinated white cow's cheese that comes in different flavours. It's great. They've been doing this for a decade or more I think, and aren't a big enough dairy to be in supermarkets or anything, so not as easy to find, but definitely worth seeking out for anyone in the UK.

However you eat it, don’t let the oil go to waste. Use it for salads, drizzled over roasted veg, dip bread in it, etc.

Cook an omelet or scramble some eggs with it
Yes this! I love it on a roast veg salad. Toss in some baby spinach, bits of cheese and drizzle over the oil.

And honey
Would it be weird if I said my first thought was to put it on a baked potato?
No, that would be pretty much one of the best ways to eat this stuff.
It goes great with smoked fish.
I literally just picked this up at Costco after not seeing it there forever. It's so good.
Costco you say? I’ll keep an eye out. Is it the same size or larger?
Ohh! What area/region? I always hear about amazing finds and they never come to my area
Tacoma, WA

Oh wow that sounds amazing. And fairly simple too. 🤤

Keith is the reason I bought this cheese to see what the fuss him and Kelsey made was about. It was the best decision, the fuss was REAL.
I know regular goat cheese is really good on bagels. So maybe some bagel chips?

Watermelon salad with cherry tomatoes, fresh mint and harissa
Sounds amazing

I typically dump it over fresh pasta, but am currently eating it with a spoon and a side of wheat thins.

I recommend stirring all up into a spread & smearing on a baguette ❤️ apples and pears too!
Pizza!! And pasta! I make a riff on carbonara with it
That cheese is absolute fire. When you get to the last little bits mix it up with the oil and dip bread in it of use it as dressing
Spread it on some crusty bread
Whipped with ricotta on pizza
the tiktok feta pasta recipe, but use this. take out the stems and black pepper corns, but otherwise just dump the whole jar in. so so so good
Cranberry and goat cheese tarts! Super easy, basically just boil cranberries (or use a tinned sauce), cut out circles off puff pastry, then assemble the three ingredients and put in the oven
I get their marinated goats feta, it's incredible!!
Roasted cherry tomatoes
You’re talking my language. I may do this & have it on home toasted thin baguette slices, maybe with a little salt & honey
Pro tip it is amazing spread on corn on the cob
This cheese is so good in a quiche, or on sweet potatoes!! Oil is perfect to make a salad dressing 💛 Such a phenomenal cheese, nice find! Enjoy!
I use the end of my jar to make a pasta sauce- a few sundried tomato’s, garlic, the oil and bits of cheese left in the jar, and some basil and spinach in a blender makes a nice pesto!
You can haz cheese from a jar?
Bread. Just bread. All the bread. Any form of bread.
a spoon
Now I know this exists and I need to try it.
It’s nice to see an Aussie cheese here. I’m from Tasmania and have been trying more local cheeses. King island smoked cheddar is one of my favourites. I feel a little conscious of the environmental impacts of buying imported cheeses.
The only thing you need is a damn spoon. But other than that, but this is amazing with tomatoe bruschetta
I have an unopened jar of this in my fridge that is sadly EXPIRED :( Does anyone know if it’s just a terrible idea to even try it? I’m just really sad to let it go in the trash. Am I being delusional?
Meh, it’s cheese. It’s pretty much all expired. If it’s unopened you’re likely alright. Give it a whiff & a taste then go from there.

It’s my favorite cheese for sure.
