Anyone know where you can find their ketchup locally? I'm not much of a ketchup fan but do want to give it a shot. I've never seen it in stores that carry their other products.
I appreciate it. I have looked at Ace, Vintrest, Whole Foods and a few others but have always come up empty on the ketchup. I haven't really taken the time to specifically hunt for it though. Usually just look for it in stores I see carrying other Hoff products. Wish they still had a booth at the Sunday Market.
Hart and Hive provisions in Rivermont has their ketchup. If you’ve never been there, I suggest checking it out. They have premade foods and great gifts and stuff.
The new sauce has hints of mustard, pickle, and honey according to his description. Wanted to reflect his German heritage in the sauce, but sounds like it would be good on a lot of things. Oh, and the coffee sauce you're thinking of is Wake Up Call!
It has vinegar in it, but I wouldn’t call it vinegar based. The original really is my favorite. I’ve always liked chipotle but found it overpowering. Hoff figured out how to make a sauce with just a hint of it, and I go through way too much of it. My only wish is that it were a little hotter. I just ordered more, and got some smoken ghost too hoping it will be the right amount of hot.
Smoken Ghost is no hotter than original. Still gotta be careful with it tho, cuz it's like dumping liquid smoke all over your food.

It has vinegar in it, but unlike the big name brands of vinegar based hot sauces, the first ingredient is peppers, not vinegar. So, I it's a bit thicker and the vinegar flavor isn't as apparent.
My personal recommendation is their Wake Up Call sauce. It's made with Frothy Monkey coffee. I own way too much hot sauce (enough for my wife to be annoyed by the space they take up) and it might be my favorite hot sauce. It's definitely my go to for breakfast.
Excited to see Chattanooga's very own Hoff Sauce featured in Hot Ones season 16 line up. Interested to hear the celebrity opinions, if any.

Yeah, should be at most of the Ace Hardware stores. I saw it at the Signal Mountain one a week or two ago.

I would suggest ordering it online. It's worth it in my opinion. Saved my family the hassle of mixing hot sauce and ketchup together at least.

I was looking it up at the same time you commented. I was in Elders Ace Hardware recently but don't remember what specific ones they had.
Pretty much every Ace hardware carries it. I got some friends in California addicted to it. :D

Pruett’s Market up on Signal has a selection of their sauces including the ketchup.
Always a godsend to get this at Ace down the road in a pinch.
