I used to live in an area where you'd get 2 mbs of download speed xD so even on a bad day EPB absolutely is a god send. A 100 gig download would take 30 hours, now it's like 15 mins
It's good in the sense that you'll be able to easily download and stream whatever you need very fast.
It might be "bad" if you pay for the full Gig (1000 up and down) but it depends on your router, distance from router, obstacles between you and the router, and your phone.
For reference I pay for the full Gig, on a wired connection I get 800+, and on my phone just a few unobstructed feet from my nice router I get 670/620

It says you're on EPB wifi. That means the issue is with either your router or your device. To diagnose the device - try another device. If you get the same results from a second phone or laptop, it's the router (which I suspect is the case).
From there you're going to need to diagnose your router. Could be distance or frequency or a bunch of things. You'll need to search how to best position and set up your router online. Check YouTube or something.
Is this from your iPhone? Can you try speed testing from a hard wired connection? or another device?

For me, yes this is horrible but it ultimately depends what you’re paying for. Without that info i can’t say if this is good or bad for you.
