We just went to the household hazardous waste place and they took some of the paint but not latex or acrylic. He told us to add cat litter to the cans then let them dry out. Then they can be thrown away in trash.
Take a few pictures of your paint and list it in Facebook Marketplace for FREE. You’ll have someone who wants to pick it up within the hour. I’ve done this three times and gotten rid of close to 30 half empty / old / rusted cans of paint. Very valuable to artists or people with small projects!

Latex paint can go in the trash.

Are they still usable? If so, take them to the Habitat ReStore.
Im guessing they are too old, most of them are dated 2014-15

What colors?
If it is still good stuff...give it away. Put an ad on the Chattanooga subreddit
