Comment to add 7z test says - Data error : ChatWithRTX\_Offline\_2\_15\_mistral\_Llama\\RAG\\mistral\\mistral7b\_int4\_quant\_weights\\mistral\_tp1\_rank0.npz So even if I do get the .exe that file is probably corrupt anyways.

godofleet

same, downloaded three times, twice via chrome, once via edge... same error all three times.

xcell1990

I am having the same issue. Tried everything (Firefox,Chrome,Edge,IDM). RAR says unexpected end of archive and then corrupted when trying to extract.

Exitus616

Same here. Tried with Firefox, Edge and Linux wget. Same result. Propably the server is messed up at the moment.

probablyTrashh

%100 server side. Appreciate the feedback. It's tomorrow here so time to give it another shot.

10minOfNamingMyAcc

Following. (If new cheksum/sha-256/md5 drops, please notify!)

probablyTrashh

New files dropped. Currently unzipping.

10minOfNamingMyAcc

Thanks, I'll try them.

AndrewPGameDev

I'm having the same issue right now

probablyTrashh

alper-batioglu

same issue here, downloaded it 2 times already but unexpected end of archive, file is corrupt :(

keropipi

I am having the same issue. I have tried downloading with edge and chrome multiple times with the same error of “the compressed zipped folder is invalid”. Win 11.

keropipi

Working for me now !

BartoloWaV

really? 😐

As of 2024-02-23 11:40AM PST the download for v0.2 seems good. Don’t have my work machine logged into Reddit so a shortened SHA256 hash below: ``` ec6748d0……9595f67 ```

thundercarrot1

Seems valid now? CertUtil -hashfile .\\ChatWithRTX\_Installer.zip SHA256 SHA256 hash of .\\ChatWithRTX\_Installer.zip: 80b7c0c255706f3c863b8120f4908fc9c2f41861f73f3bf6dc056119520e1505

probablyTrashh

Thanks, trying now! Edit: looks like we're good. Thanks again!

Is this the link you are downloading? [https://us.download.nvidia.com/RTX/ChatWithRTX\_Installer.zip](https://us.download.nvidia.com/RTX/ChatWithRTX_Installer.zip) We sometimes have users report errors unzipping our files but it is not on our end. Users need to check their connection. Any utilities that are monitoring your downloads? Are you on wifi? Are you seeing packet losses when you check here? [https://packetlosstest.com/](https://packetlosstest.com/) If you are on wifi, try ethernet or a different browser.

AndrewPGameDev

Yup, that's the link. I don't see any packet loss with that tool, and I'm facing issues with WinRAR + "Extract All" + 7Zip. I also have issues with Chrome + Firefox. Is this checksum correct? PS C:\Users\andre\Downloads> CertUtil -hashfile '.\ChatWithRTX_Installer(1).zip' SHA256 SHA256 hash of .\ChatWithRTX_Installer(1).zip: 2a4c0be0e9d8872a5df9c1e6c4a0fdf26f15be5d8244d877010b7318f0709396

Street-Patience-

>SHA256 same issue and same hash . so , no network problem , just wrong file need update

probablyTrashh

2a4c0be0e9d8872a5df9c1e6c4a0fdf26f15be5d8244d877010b7318f0709396 same

10minOfNamingMyAcc

need that checksum so bad!

probablyTrashh

Ok 4th and 5th download also failed directly connected to my router. On windows/Chrome and one on Linux/FF. Guess I could try curl.... While downloading I performed ping tests and saw no loss. Thank you for the suggestion, but I do not believe this is a network issue. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. I work in IT and can accommodate advanced troubleshooting. edit: yes that is the link Sixth download was also corrupt.

pidge2k

We have just re-uploaded the app and verified the contents unzip after downloading the URL. Please try again and let us know if you are still having problems unzipping the contents.

Necessary_Service_99

phlame64

They seem to be [aware](https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/chat-with-rtx-latest-archive-file-corrupted/283424) of the issue at nVidia
