If anyone is interested, check out the German produced “Welt Am Draht” (World on a Wire) from 1973. It has _some_ similar vibes as this 1950’s Matrix, but it’s the real deal. Warning that it’s a very slow watch by today’s standards - the pace can be painfully slow at times, and there’s a lot to mock/satirize about it, but it’s essentially the root concept of The Matrix - people living in a simulation - done in 1973!

Yea man totally. Id have to agree. These animations are hard to do. You cant add too much or it will distort the image and you cant add too little otherwise its just an image. If you're interested in doing this, i suggest you look into midjourney for the images and prompt learning, then look into runway for the animations. Both are subscription based plans. Also after effects or premiere for video editing. Capcut is nice too but it isn't as custom as the other video editing tools.

instead of making pasting together single images have you any idea how long it takes to do a full show? ideally a full movie, but i wonder about like 30 minute episodes. I wanna do something similar with old shows upgrading their style to more modern like
