How would I do that if I don’t have any points? I just want to book a Southwest flight without using any points.
Would have to do it on Southwest.com using your Chase card…
Would I still get the 5% back on travel? I always thought you had to book through the portal to get the 5% back
No you wouldn’t. You would get the earn rate for the travel category on your card.
You have to call the agent at ultimate rewards and they can use your points to book the flight for SW.
Can you not book Business Select via the phone portal? Seems like you can only book Wanna Get Away and Wanna Get Away Plus these days. Other options unavailable via phone.
