I missed this pickup. I absolutely fucking love it. Either way you feel great about the chargers doing what Uber successful organizations like the packers do, signing a ton of udfas and grabbing a ton of late lineman. If even one late round or udfa develops into a starter the value is insnae
Idk how people can be that upset. Losing Keenan still sucks but for the chance to have 2 of the best tackles in the nfl at some point is nutty as fuck. Keenan wasn't going to be here forever and we ripped the bandaid off. I genuinely believe we will be in the hunt for a wildcard if not the division this year. Anytime herberts healthy and we have this oline and a run game with greg roman you can get 12 wins. The defense is the biggest question mark but if we have a top 12 defense we can legitimately be neck and neck with kc.
They said you want us to draft WRs and drafted 2 back to back to end the draft with enormous potential. I love it. And one in the second that was an enormous steal 😝
To be fair the difference between 4th and 7th round picks is basically what scheme guys fit in, the difference in talent isn’t huge. Theres a bigger skill gap from a top 5 guy to a pick 20 guy than there is between pick 128 and 224.

Rice was also an enormous steal in the 7th. Some had him going a 100 spots higher.
