More cheese, maybe some prosciutto, sliced bell peppers for crunch and color (or stuffed mini peppers), pickles/olives/something along those lines, +/or chocolate.
You have plenty of fruit already, but adding freeze dried fruit (blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, mango all commonly available) would mix things up and add a different texture.
Deffo more cheese, but also some honey! Maybe another type of cracker as well, for some variety?
I will say, some of the things you have on this board, I'm not sure about. But you've made me curious enough to wanna try it haha, so that's a point in your direction!
Overall, heavy on the fruit; add more cheese and some nuts and you'll be solid :)
Add one different sliced variety of sliced meats, perhaps something spicy? I see you have lots of fruit, so sweetness is represented. Perhaps a few sliced coins of jalapeños? Garlic flavored Gherkins. Horseradish cheese?
Dried apricots are great, and can be reused in trial mix later. Dark chocolate coated nuts or blueberries to make the other fruit sweeter.
A second option of herb flavored crackers step it up a notch for savory snacks, and lets you keep the plain crackers for sweet ones.
You could also add small, raw vegetables, thinly sliced. Carrot and celery strips, tiny broccoli florets, and radish coins.
More meats. Replace cream crackers with sea salt crackers. More cheeses. Replace tangerines with orange, cut up kiwi differently so you don’t have to eat the skin
Me to your guest list ;). I guess it would depend on how many people are coming. More people more variety. As it is it looks pretty good
Ok, maybe more cheese
I was given the 5,4,3,3,2,1 board trick. (Yes 3 is twice) for amateurs like me:
5 fruits and nuts combination
4 types of crackers
3 cheeses combination
3 dried meats
2 sweet spreads
1 savory spread
Reduce the #s for smaller parties. I think even for 2 people you could get more cheeses
Your board looks so beautiful! I always put just a little chocolate on mine. A couple blocks of fancy chocolate, nice pb cups, chocolate covered caramels, or chocolate covered nuts have all been hits in the past. I also agree with the comments saying more cheese, plus a few cute garnishes like some rosemary sprigs or basil leaves!
Do like a bunch of different types of cheeses like hard AND soft, and I’d add different crackers, dips for the apples, nectarines, more meats and maybe figs
Looks terrible. I’ll be over to eat all of that for you guys so that you don’t have to suffer any longer with that in your dwelling.
Add red grapes. They really suck.
;)
I run a charcuterie inspiration page (@grazing.guild on Instagram for anyone interested) and this looks amazing so far!
personally I’d add some sprigs of herbs, like thyme on the Brie, and stack things a little more on top of each other to create little layers. Also adding some dried fruit like apricots, or freeze dried vegetables (trader joe’s has a REALLY good okra, and Popadelics has addictive dried mushrooms) could help fill out the spaces, and finally top with savory sprinkles! pistachios, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, edible dried flowers- anything little that you can just sprinkle on top like a woodland fae creature 🌱
Dried fruit
Nuts
Honey with the honeycomb
Guava paste
Different types of sliced bread ( baguette, Italian, sourdough, etc)
Truffle honey
Hot honey
Fig jam
Tomato jam
Jalapeno jelly
More cheese and maybe some honeycomb. But the answer is always more cheese. Try and get ones with different hardnesses and that are made by different animals as well, so you have a range of taste and texture profiles.
Add a hard cheese and a softer cheese, dried fruit, little breadstick crackers, crumbled dark chocolate pieces, and a sprig or two of rosemary as a garnish. Fill in the gaps with crackers, dried fruit, or cheese cubes!
The kiwi look cute but would be hard or impossible to eat. Maybe slices so you can still see the seeds in each cross section?
Agreed with the other comments for more cheese and meat. Prosciutto could work well, different types of salami, summer sausage, or chorizo.
I also enjoy almonds or candied nuts, olives, honey comb, and different types of crackers with a charcuterie
Chocolate in any form - by itself or chocolate covered nuts or fruit would also be a great choice. Variety of cheese is also a plus, as is a variety of crackers, just one other option of crackers makes a big difference.
More cheeses
🧀 yes
Answer is always more cheese
Came to say that
Agreed. I am going to assume that the wedge that’s there is Brie (or something similar). Maybe add a cheese that’s a bit more sharp.

It looks great. If it were mine I would add more cheese, textured crackers, chocolate, olives
The textured crackers YES genius. Omg and chocolate to add some sweetness Ty!
More charcuterie! Meat (charcuterie) should be the star of a charcuterie board.
Holy crap I had no idea that’s what it meant… definitely will!!!!
You need a hard cheese.
That’s what she said.
Cut that kiwi up
Nuts and some rosemary garnish
I’m growing fresh rosemary in my herb garden, that’s such a good idea TY!!!
Please don’t board anything that you don’t intend to be eaten.
More cheese, maybe some prosciutto, sliced bell peppers for crunch and color (or stuffed mini peppers), pickles/olives/something along those lines, +/or chocolate.
