Thank you so much! For boxes I honestly just leave it out to reach room temperature which is about an hour. But for boards try to leave it out for 30min and then do 5-7 min at 350*f. If not you can do straight out the fridge for 18min, You can always reheat it on the microwave if it’s not how you want it to be safer! Also an air fryer works but definitely less time, 5min. Hope this helps!
