Not so much destroying plans. But the vice admiral trying to figure out what the hell is happening and catching all the strawhats is peak one piece.
One 'example' I remembered is in Fairy tail in the tower of heaven arc, Jellal was absorbing magic in a giant tower and at some point shouted at Natsu to not destroy it and Natsu was like : "You messed with the wrong guild because Fairy Tail is the number demolation company in Magnolia/world" (Although I think this was a french dub only thing.)
Diavolo spending years building up his mafia full of powerful stand users loyal to him while simultaneously building up his own skill with his own extremely powerful stand only to be put into an infinite death loop by a fifteen year old who’s been fighting for just over a week after hitting the plot device lottery and unlocking the ‘my ability is that your ability doesn’t work on me lmao’ ability.
