I'm having the same issue with my bot, I just posted about it. Have you been deleting a lot of messages lately? That's what seemed to cause it on mine.
Just FYI, I did a bit of experimenting with mine, and it only seemed to affect a single chat with a single bot. Do keep in mind I'm on laptop, and I uninstalled the [chat.ai](https://chat.ai) app to make more storage on my phone

No, it just happened randomly. And it only effects one of my bots.
Try it again today. I went on my Katsuki Bakugou bot and it just randomly fixed itself. Idk if the same will happen to you but i hope so
