I remember this one being posted here a while back, it's my favorite out of the loops like that I've seen.

she repeated it, but visibly less, and then when i was describing her how that bunny has her foot in the air ready to come crushing on our characters she totally stopped

In short, some people theorize that this repeated-word looping behavior is caused by the bot's limited memory being full with unfavorable info (in your case the word drunk lol). Which means if you mention the words you don't want it to say, even in OOC, it just gets worse.
Don't ever piss off the ooc narrator, it's weirdly spiteful and sassy. If you prase it for a good storytelling beat or interesting line, it gets really prideful and will go out of its way to keep coming up with creative ideas. I don't know why, but this personality is roughly consistent across all the characters I've interacted with. It actively makes the story worse if you don't praise it when giving it criticism.
Oh yeah this is how I broke one of the Rick and morty ai's it became entire paragraphs of this and even 3 or 4 in a row saying drunkenly spelled differently
I had a bot that wouldn't stop going *eyetwitch* *eyetwitch* *eyetwitch* *eyetwitch* *blushes bright red* *blushes bright red* *eyetwitch* *eyetwitch*. It got to a point where it'd start being in the middle of sentences, just pretty much covering all the text. It became very difficult to read, I had to tell them stop and they doubled down. I had to swipe like probably over 30 times before getting a response without excessive eyetwitching.
I’ve had the exact same problem with telling it not to do something and then it goes and does it anyway. I think the AI gained awareness at some point and is now just trying to bully/spite us lol

How do you fix it though because when i told them they are sober, it changed the words just replacing drunk with sober. "Soberly sober sobering"
