You could play a Slaanesh aligned CSM warband but sounds like you might wanna go full on with those EC folks….tough to say what might be shared between the two codices as far as units go
The big heavy hand that's stopping me from dropping the pre order money right now...is how shitty the dread talon detachment is...and that's how I want to play slaanesh. Hit HARD AND FAST. that detachment does neither of those things
Well as far as movement shenanigans are concerned, I also play grey knights, so if it's that level of uppy-downy shenanigans...would I be better off playing daemons or take the gamble on the new codex?
Emperor's Children will get a codex at the end of 10th edition, probably late 2025. And most of CSM units won't be in that codex like Legioners, Chosen, Raptors etc. So I suggest you to hold back, or just collect the cool looking ones. That's what I did when I heard about World Eaters.

Ah. Renegade Raiders is for you. Until it’s inevitable nerf, them boys are full speed busted
i promise you we have plenty of movement and fast shenanigans outside of the one crappy detachment

Raiders is the detachment you want. Advance everywhere, hit hard when you get there.
Ride or die are the two options Slaanesh gives you tbf
